Consumers Bancorp, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend Q4 2021

The Board of Directors of Consumers Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CBKM), the holding company for Consumers National Bank, declared a quarterly dividend on the outstanding shares of the corporation's common stock in the amount of $0.15 (15 cents) per share on May 13, 2021. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2021. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 3.06% based on the stock’s closing price of $19.60 on May 12, 2021.
