Fraudsters are targeting Consumers National Bank customers with fraudulent text messages and phone calls. These texts and phone calls appear to be coming from Consumers National Bank and claim unusual charges on your account, unsuccessful payments, unauthorized withdrawals and other false claims.

If you receive a suspicious phone call or text from the bank, or any other merchant, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY and call the merchant or Bank DIRECTLY.

-Consumers will NEVER ask for your internet banking login credentials.
-NEVER provide your login credentials or any Multi-Factor Authentication Codes to anyone over the phone.
-These codes are for YOUR EYES ONLY and should not be shared.
-NEVER provide personal or sensitive financial information unless you have CONFIRMED the call is NOT FRAUDULENT.
