Consumers National Bank Adds New Consumer Loan Manager

Minerva, Ohio—Consumers National Bank has announced that Jason Dougherty has joined the bank as Assistant Vice President and Consumer Loan Manager. He will manage the growth and operations of the bank’s consumer loan portfolio. Dougherty will report to Scott Dodds, Executive Vice President and Senior Lender.

“We are excited to add Jason to this new position on our growing lending team. His experience and knowledge of consumer credit and lending operations will help us grow the bank’s consumer loan portfolio through product and process innovation. Jason will help Consumers improve the customer experience by streamlining processes and by implementing new technology and delivery channels,” said Dodds.

Dougherty has several years of consumer lending experience including underwriting, compliance, systems, and operations. Dougherty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and International Business from the University of Akron. He is a member of the Wadsworth Young Professionals organization and resides in Wadsworth with his wife.
