Members of your staff who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account program.

  • - Under age 65
  • - Have coverage through a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
  • - Have no other first-dollar medical coverage
  • - Not a dependent on another’s tax return
  • - Have no other health insurance coverage such as a non-HDHP plan or Medicare
