Consumers National Bank Grows Commercial Lending Department with Promotion

Minerva, Ohio-Consumers National Bank announced the promotion of Vice President, Business Banker, Sean Ulik to Commercial Lending Manager.

Ulik’s responsibilities include leadership and oversight of our Commercial Lending team, working closely with the Senior Vice President to support the continued growth and performance of the Commercial Lending Division. Additionally, he will focus on coaching and supporting Consumers National Bank lenders, monitoring production and portfolio performance, assisting with credit and risk management, and helping ensure effective coordination across Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and Loan Operations.

Ulik has been with Consumers since 2014 and brings 26 year of commercial lending experience to this role. “Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound credit knowledge, and a commitment to serving our customers and communities. This structure will provide the department with additional day-to-day leadership and support while allowing us to continue building a strong, consistent Commercial Lending function across the bank,” said Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, David Benavides.
