How Consumers National Bank is Your Community Bank

Hearing directly from our customers about our commitment to delivering results is often more useful than any marketing brochure. Our team asked Beth Lechner, Executive Director at Habitat for Humanity in East Central Ohio, to explain why Consumers is their community bank.

Here’s Beth’s response:

At Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio, we know we have a real relationship with Consumers National Bank. They're local people who know us, believe in us and always go above and beyond to help us meet our goals and thrive as an organization.

Partnering with Consumers National Bank during the coronavirus pandemic brought all of us at Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio a true peace of mind. Their expertise helped us define our best steps forward and guided us confidently through uncharted territory.

When the coronavirus affected organizations and businesses everywhere, Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio was facing the difficult decision of sending some of our team to unemployment. Instead, Consumers National Bank worked closely with us to help us secure a PPP Loan. We kept our staff intact and enhanced our focus on building decent, affordable homes with families who need them now more than ever. Consumers National Bank helped our organization remain strong and stable so that we could build strength and stability throughout our community.

Consumers National Bank - Supporting Our Customers’ Successes and Challenges

Since 1965, the team at Consumers National Bank has followed a consistent mission: to provide banking services that make a difference in the communities we serve. Respect, integrity, trust, and excellence guide our interactions, from the teller helping make you make a deposit to the lending officer who supports your business plans.

We're proud of the recognition we've received for our financial understanding, like the Top 5 Lender Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration and becoming a member of the OTCQX Best 50. But helping people in our community achieve their dreams and reach their goals is our most prestigious award.

If your organization is facing financial challenges or you’re seeking counsel about ways to sustain or grow your business, talk with our team. We’ll review your needs and share solutions for you to evaluate.

We’re honored to be your community bank. Visit one of our 18 locations throughout Eastern Ohio to learn more about our services.
