Minerva, Ohio—The Board of Directors of Consumers Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CBKM), the holding company for Consumers National Bank, declared a quarterly dividend on the outstanding shares of the corporation's common stock in the amount of $0.22 (22 cents) per share on August 13, 2026, which is a 4.8% increase. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 24, 2026. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend of 2.81% based on a closing price of $31.25 on August 13, 2026.
