(OTCQX:CBKM), the holding company for Consumers National Bank, declared a quarterly dividend on the outstanding shares of the corporation's common stock in the amount of $0.18 (18 cents) per share on August 10, 2023, an increase of 5.9% over the previous quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 21, 2023. This quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend yield of 3.88% based on the stock’s closing price of $18.55 on August 10, 2023.
