Consumers National Bank Supports 4-H With Paper Clover Fundraiser

Consumers National Bank is celebrating National Ag Week during March by raising funds to support 4-H, the youth development program of Ohio State University Extension. The bank will be collecting donations for paper clovers at its 21 branch locations in Carroll, Columbiana, Jefferson, Stark and Summit counties. Each county’s 4-H program will receive all proceeds donated at Consumers Bank branches in their county.

The green clover is the well-recognized logo of 4-H representing Head to clearer thinking, Heart to greater loyalty, Hands for larger service, and Health to better living. There are more than 131,000 youth who participate in Ohio 4-H through clubs, camps, school and after school programs.

Beginning March 1st, the public is invited to visit Consumers Bank branches to donate to 4-H. Donors may write their names on a paper clover which will be publicly displayed in the branch throughout March.

“Consumers National Bank is a recognized agricultural lender throughout our market, said Ralph J. Lober II, President and CEO of Consumers National Bank. Since its founding in 1965, the bank has followed its mission to support farmers with loans for land, equipment, inputs and more. Agricultural lending is an important component of our bank’s commercial lending program which is supported by our dedicated agricultural lender, Sarah Grubbs.”
