Bev Newell, a former manager of the Carrollton branch, is now the Mortgage Originator for Carrollton’s clients seeking mortgage financing. Bev started the annual Chili Cookoff to raise funds for Big Brothers/Big Sisters over 15 years ago which has raised thousands of dollars and continues to be popular with local clients and neighbors. She is a past board member of Carroll County Coats for Kids which has provided coats, hats, and gloves to the children in Carroll County for the past 10 years. Bev is also an active member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.
