Minerva, Ohio—Consumers National Bank has announced that Rob Kelly has joined the bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Sales Manager of the bank’s Southeast Region. He will focus on coordinating the bank’s efforts to provide mortgages to clients from the greater Youngstown area through the bank’s seven Columbiana and Jefferson county locations. Kelly will report to Dan Eshler, Vice President and Mortgage Division Manager.

“We are pleased to add Rob to our mortgage lending team. As Consumers Bank expands in southeastern Ohio, Rob’s experience and knowledge of mortgage lending and the southeast market will provide Consumers Bank’s clients with excellent customer service,” said Eshler.

Kelly has 18 years of combined banking experience in branch management, wealth management and mortgage positions at local banks where he also worked to improve the customer experience. In his most recent position, he was a top performing mortgage lender in his region.

Kelly attended East Liverpool High School and Ohio University where he earned a Bachelor of Science. He is a member and past board member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors and the Beaver Creek Area Association of Realtors. Kelly is a life-long resident of East Liverpool.
