Update to Consumers National Bank "After Hours" Customer Service

At Consumers National Bank, our priority is, and has always been, meeting our customers wherever they’re at in life. In this vein, we understand that your banking needs don’t come to a halt at 5:00 PM. Now, neither do we.
We are proud to introduce “After Hours” Customer Service. Customer Care Representatives are ready to address your concerns and answer your questions over the phone from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
During “After Hours,” we’re happy to provide a range of digital banking services, including:
- Password resets: Kids accidentally lock you out of your account? Forget your password? No worries! We can help you reclaim access and create a new, secure password.
- Security question swaps: Sometimes, life moves too fast for you to remember your third-grade teacher’s cousin’s dog’s name. When you need to change your account security questions or want to keep your account’s safety up-to-date, we’re here to help.
- E-statement concerns: Go green and save trees with e-statements! Forget the ever-growing piles of paper statements and worrying about mail theft by sending your bank account statements straight to your email inbox. Drop us a line if you’d like to enroll in the e-statement program and say goodbye to wasteful paper statements that clutter up your kitchen counter or desk.
- Bill Pay assistance: Our Bill Pay program helps customers easily keep up with the odds and ends of their living expenses. We're here to make your bill-paying cycle simpler and your life less stressful.
Our “After Hours” Representatives are also equipped to handle a wide range of debit card concerns, such as:
- Card issuance and delivery: No matter how responsible of a person you are, debit cards remain one of the easiest — and most troublesome — objects to lose while you’re out and about. Don’t be left stranded without one just because it’s after 5 pm! Thanks to our “After Hours” program, you can put your worries to rest, no matter the time of day or night. Our Tele-Representatives can help you order a new card and inform you of estimated arrival dates.
- Travel updates: In the flurry of activity that comes with a much-needed vacation, you may forget to make one very important phone call: your bank. Now, you can hop on a line with us as soon as your plane lands, so you can keep access to your debit card no matter where in the world you are.
- Transaction details: Banking, even in a digital form, can sometimes feel too confusing to handle alone. All you might need is a real, live human to talk to! Our “After Hours” Representatives can chat with you about specific transaction details, charges, account holds, and card declines.
