We recently had a conversation with Craig Henzel, DDS, at Drs. Henzel & Smith, Inc., to learn about his banking experiences.

Craig described his journey to Consumers National Bank:

When I assumed ownership of our business in 2012, I continued with the previous owner’s “Big Bank." I had limited connections with any commercial bankers. When we wanted to upgrade some equipment for our business, Sean Ulik helped us with financing. Sean found a program through the State of Ohio that saved us thousands of dollars on our loan, for which I am forever grateful. When Sean left the “Big Bank” for another “Big Bank," our relationship continued. Then, Sean accepted a role at Consumers National Bank, and his enthusiasm about Consumers was contagious.

At the time, my experience with Big Bank #2 was nearing a breaking point. Our monthly service charges were beyond fair for a small business, so I approached Sean about moving our commercial banking account to Consumers National Bank. He quickly introduced me to everyone within arm’s reach at the branch. I immediately felt like a friend to everyone I met. Their compassion was genuine. 

The local banking experience has done nothing but helped our small business. When we began a major remodel and renovation of our business 4 years ago, the bank was instrumental in guiding us through the lending process. We secured great rates and made our dreams a reality.

From the President, Branch Manager, Vice Presidents of Lending, Mortgage Specialists, and the tellers we see daily, interactions with everyone are warm and respectful. We've never felt at home like we do with Consumer's Bank.
